What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams and projects for business areas, categories, and prototypes.
• Partner with Directors and cross-functional teams to define business questions, research objectives, and analytical plans.
• Develop data models, complex algorithms, prototypes, and production-ready analytical solutions.
• Manage testing, validation, data quality checks, and implementation of analytics solutions.
• Present actionable recommendations based on exploratory analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Build, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SQL querying on large structured datasets, including joins and window functions, and Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and analytical logic.
• Experience with Tableau dashboards, forecasting, predictive analytics, exploratory analysis, ETL workflows, and analytical data models.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, or Redshift, plus Git-based version control and data validation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytics deliverables, document methodologies, manage projects in JIRA, and resolve code and process issues within defined SLAs.
