What you will do

• Lead end-to-end service delivery within a Managed Service Provider environment, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and performance targets are met.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans and oversee planning, resourcing, coordination, and execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while building capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Build trusted relationships with Defence stakeholders, customers, and industry partners through clear communication and strategic advice.
• Manage commercial obligations, budgets, governance, compliance, reporting, and assurance activities.
• Drive innovation, service transformation, operational optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading teams, managed services, operational delivery functions, or complex client-facing projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to deliver outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Commercial acumen covering cost management, financial oversight, and contract awareness.
• Active Baseline Defence Security Clearance or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Defence, managed services, or complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading service transformation, optimisation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
