Technical Lead, Client Delivery

Location: Sydney, Australia (Sydney CBD); on-site 4 days per week

What you will do

• Serve as the on-site technical and delivery presence for a high-visibility client engagement.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level executives, VPs, and technology leaders.
• Lead delivery coordination across local stakeholders and distributed global teams.
• Shape project strategy, technical direction, delivery plans, and execution priorities.
• Translate business needs into technical plans and actionable workstreams.
• Guide TypeScript, Node.js, GCP, and modern cloud-based development while reviewing solutions and supporting technical decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a client-facing technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, modern application development, and GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives, VPs, and senior technology stakeholders.
• Experience leading or coordinating distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Strong delivery ownership, problem-solving skills, technical judgment, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Sydney CBD 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate technology, property management, brokerage, or leasing platforms.
• Consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience with cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
