Senior Endpoint Engineer - Intune

Salary: $133,200–$192,800 USD per year for the Bay Area, with additional incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Implement Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and enrollment workflows.
• Develop compliance policies, Conditional Access controls, device configuration profiles, and endpoint security baselines aligned with CIS or NIST standards.
• Manage application deployment, patching, software packaging, and lifecycle operations through Intune and related tools.
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and enterprise security platforms.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, policy conflicts, compliance failures, and application deployment issues while maintaining documentation, dashboards, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy management, and application deployment.
• Proficiency with Windows Autopilot and deep knowledge of Windows 11 configuration, Group Policy migration, and endpoint hardening.
• Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, hybrid join scenarios, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration.
• PowerShell scripting proficiency for endpoint automation.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience managing macOS endpoints with Intune or Jamf.
• Knowledge of MSIX, Win32 application packaging, and Winget repository management.
• Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
