Endpoint Infrastructure and AVD Engineer - Associate (AVD)

Location: Chicago, with work at various client offices and travel throughout the country as needed.

Salary: $62,800–$103,400 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and administer endpoint infrastructure at client sites.
• Support endpoint computing projects as a national resource and escalation point across regions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support to client organizations.
• Train technical and non-technical staff on endpoint infrastructure solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience with endpoint infrastructure technologies such as SCCM, Intune, AVD, Jamf, AWS Workspace, and MDT.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and migration.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team while managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to work from various client offices and travel throughout the country as needed.

Nice to have

• IT consulting experience with middle-market clients.
• Microsoft or other manufacturer-specific certifications.
• SCCM, MDT, Intune, AVD, and Microsoft 365 implementation and administration experience.
• Application packaging, MDM, and PowerShell, Batch, or VB scripting experience.
