IT Engineer III – Endpoint Management (Jamf & Intune)

Location: United States salary range specified

Base salary: $122,000–$150,000 per year, plus possible performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Drive the strategy, configuration, and scaling of Apple and Windows endpoint fleets using Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
• Develop secure, scalable device-management runbooks for future mergers and acquisitions.
• Maintain endpoint security baselines and implement iterative improvements.
• Plan and execute systems integration work related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Own technical projects, including requirements gathering, task tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner across functions to resolve technical and workflow friction and support escalations through the IT Engineering shield rotation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT Engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing MDM tools, especially Jamf and Intune.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Jamf Pro Connect and Protect, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, and macOS device compliance.
• Experience implementing SSO, managing identity systems, and building API-based integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure and endpoint management, with strong documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, HITRUST, data residency, and international compliance requirements.
