Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and decision-support activities across retail profit centers.
• Prepare and review income statement variance explanations, financial analyses, commentary, and presentation materials.
• Track year-over-year growth, profitability, budget performance, forecast performance, and other business metrics.
• Develop and optimize metrics that provide senior leadership with actionable business intelligence.
• Partner with profit center leaders, accounting centers of excellence, senior financial analysts, and operational teams.
• Mentor and train financial analysts and contribute to financial initiatives and productivity improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an analyst role.
• Experience delivering projects and initiatives with measurable financial results, particularly those driving organic growth.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Microsoft Power BI proficiency preferred.
