Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and implement order management strategies for a country or region.
• Identify process and system gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess training needs and communicate support requirements to management.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet customer or regional volume demands.
• Resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems affecting service quality, volume, and timeliness.
• Guide and influence internal stakeholders and external partners in related areas.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Basic knowledge of related job families and understanding of how the function contributes to business objectives.
• Ability to manage a generally homogeneous team and adapt plans to operational challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues.
• Ability to comply with hirify.global' global Standards of Business Conduct.
• Availability to work in Austin, TX, with 20% business travel.
