Supply Planning Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the Arizona Supply Planning organization across advanced-node development, factory startup, technology ramp, and sustaining manufacturing.
• Develop and execute production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans aligned with customer demand, financial commitments, and business priorities.
• Drive short-, mid-, and long-range capacity planning, scenario analysis, constraint management, and supply allocation during constrained conditions.
• Align customer requirements, factory capacity, inventory positions, manufacturing execution, and downstream supply commitments.
• Lead people management, talent development, succession planning, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational accountability.
• Advance planning systems, analytics, automation, Lean practices, operational metrics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience leading supply planning operations and managing product portfolios.
• At least 5 years of experience in factory planning, manufacturing operations, or semiconductor supply chain organizations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning tools, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing or foundry operations.
• Experience with advanced-node technologies such as hirify.global 3, hirify.global 18A, 14A, or equivalent processes.
• Experience influencing executive decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing environments.
