TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Identity and Access Management): Guiding customers and partners through scalable JumpCloud implementation and onboarding plans with an accent on platform rollouts, technical knowledge transfer, and customer satisfaction. Focus on configuring AD/LDAP, O365/G-Suite, and enterprise MDM environments, resolving OAuth/SCIM integration issues, and executing complex migration tasks.

Location: Remote within Brazil; candidates must be located in and authorized to work in Brazil.

What you will do

Guide direct customers and partner organizations through implementation and onboarding plans.
Build customized onboarding plans based on customer needs and purchased services.
Plan and support hirify.global rollouts in environments using AD/LDAP, O365/G-Suite, and enterprise MDM platforms.
Resolve technical onboarding and OAuth/SCIM API integration issues through email and remote web sessions.
Execute complex migration and configuration tasks in customer environments when required.
Communicate action plans, recommendations, and potential hirify.global use cases while collaborating with peers and community leaders.

Requirements

Must be located in Brazil and authorized to work in Brazil.
Technical background in identity and access management.
Experience consulting, planning, and assisting with platform rollouts and onboarding projects.
Ability to troubleshoot technical onboarding and API integration issues.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical customers and partners.
