What you will do

• Apply specialized conceptual and practical knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Work independently with minimal guidance and contribute to ongoing activities and objectives.
• Lead small projects or project steps with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and evaluate existing solutions from new perspectives.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus across related teams.
• Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues and act as a resource for less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Conceptual knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures gained through a college or university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a specialized area requiring knowledge of fundamental principles and concepts.
• Excellent English skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and analyze information from multiple sources.
