Licensing and Retail Manager

Location: Hybrid role based at the Oxford headquarters, United Kingdom. The position encourages collaboration from the Oxford office and is open only to applicants with the permanent right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Source, assess, and manage licensees, retailers, brand partners, collaboration partners, and promotional partners across hirify.global IPs.
• Analyze licensing proposals, market categories, business plans, sales, marketing plans, and financial impact.
• Build relationships with major retailers and develop cross-category retail programs.
• Manage day-to-day communication with licensees across product development, retail, marketing, royalty reporting, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Develop integrated multi-platform marketing, promotional, retail, and event plans with internal and external partners.
• Prepare sales tools, maintain trend guides, and manage participation in global trade shows.

Requirements

• Experience managing intellectual property and portfolios of brands across contract negotiation, financial reporting, product development, marketing, and retail planning.
• Expertise in developing commercially focused and strategically directed brand plans.
• Strong understanding of physical and digital retail markets, trends, channels, seasonality, and buying cycles.
• Established relationships with licensees, retailers, and brand partners globally.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, contract management, and licensing industry skills.
• Permanent right to work in the UK without employer visa sponsorship is required.
