Organisational Capability Development Manager (Healthcare)

Location: North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia. Candidates must be authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand and must not require visa sponsorship at the time of application.

What you will do

• Design and facilitate capability-building programs across Marketing and Medical functions.
• Strengthen brand planning, launch readiness, cross-functional alignment, and product lifecycle execution.
• Develop workshops covering insight generation, business storytelling, tactical planning, scientific engagement, and field effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, field coaching, and coach-the-coach programs for Marketing and Medical teams.
• Embed capability frameworks, key account management processes, assessment cycles, and proficiency measures.
• Partner with senior leaders and the Salesforce Excellence Capability Development Manager to align methods, tools, and standards.

Requirements

• Deep organisational development or capability development experience, ideally in commercial pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
• Strong facilitation and workshop design skills.
• Expertise in change management and coaching; a recognised coaching or change qualification is advantageous.
• Experience building and measuring competency or proficiency frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Familiarity with marketing brand planning and, ideally, Medical Affairs competencies.
