Senior Legal Counsel, Global Investigations & Government Litigation

What you will do

• Conduct internal investigations into potential legal and compliance issues independently and effectively.
• Interview relevant individuals, review documents, perform open-source research, and prepare clear, concise investigation work products.
• Advise internal stakeholders on government inquiries, investigations, and litigation matters principally in China.
• Provide legal advice on Chinese anti-unfair competition, anti-corruption, improper-promotion, and related life sciences laws.
• Support compliance training and the identification, escalation, and investigation of issues for the corporate Triage Committee.

Requirements

• Professional legal experience in internal investigations, litigation, compliance, or related legal services.
• Knowledge of Chinese laws affecting government-related litigation and corporate internal investigations.
• Experience advising healthcare compliance and commercial stakeholders in the life sciences sector.
• Strong legal document preparation, report writing, negotiation, dispute resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and represent internal stakeholders effectively.
