Group Function - Public Company Compliance

What you will do

• Prepare and submit routine HKEX filings, announcements, disclosure of interests filings, U.S. beneficial ownership reports, and Section 16 filings.
• Maintain the group filing calendar and monitor deadlines across hirify.global and its listed subsidiaries.
• Support HK and U.S. periodic reporting, annual and interim reports, earnings announcements, and D&O questionnaire processes.
• Support board, committee, AGM, and shareholder processes, including agendas, resolutions, minutes, circulars, notices, and proxy materials.
• Maintain corporate governance policies and support compliance relating to inside information, securities dealing, insider trading, related-party transactions, and listing rules.
• Prepare compliance training, conduct legal research, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers, and support transactions and special projects.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Hong Kong or a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Approximately 2–5 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal position.
• Solid working knowledge of the HKEX Listing Rules.
• Interest in developing expertise across Hong Kong and U.S. regulatory regimes within a multi-listed corporate structure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible and approachable manner.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
