Risk & Compliance Professional (Export Control)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Execute risk assessments of export control trade compliance programs.
• Collaborate with regional business divisions, compliance teams, and legal teams on global export control trade management.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of export control policies and procedures.
• Provide training on export control laws, regulations, and requirements affecting products, services, and technologies.
• Monitor, manage, and mitigate compliance risks through stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of export control experience.
• Knowledge of international trade markets, regulations, practices, and operations.
• Experience with stakeholder and relationship management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills across business functions and organizational levels.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience developing or managing compliance processes.
