What you will do

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and design concepts for future aircraft development.
• Define technical specifications and requirements for innovative aerospace systems and components.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams to integrate new technologies.
• Develop prototypes and lead proof-of-concept testing for advanced designs.
• Analyze test data and optimize designs and processes.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Professional experience designing aircraft or aerospace systems, preferably in an advanced R&D environment.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard CAD/CAE tools such as CATIA, 3DX, PLM, PASS, or CPD.
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems and work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
