What you will do

• Lead scientific exchange with cardiovascular Key Opinion Leaders across Japan and Korea.
• Generate field, scientific, and medical insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, and facilitate knowledge sharing across APAC.
• Respond to scientific inquiries and support healthcare professional education and internal medical training.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs, lead advanced scientific discussions, and support congresses and symposiums.
• Identify evidence gaps and clinical needs while supporting clinical research, publications, and data generation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; M.D. or PhD preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in MSL or Medical Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular disease; circulatory support or critical care experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage KOLs and conduct advanced scientific discussions.
• Strong communication skills in English plus Japanese or Korean are required.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and demonstrate strong compliance and integrity.
