Test Manager (DV Clearance Required)

Location: London, United Kingdom — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Work is performed across company offices, client sites, and home, and cannot be fully remote. DV clearance requires continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last 10 years; some posts may be restricted to sole UK nationals.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and governance for a complex enterprise programme.
• Manage functional, integration, system, non-functional, automation, performance, and operational acceptance testing.
• Coordinate Test Analysts, Test Leads, Automation Engineers, multiple teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Define test strategies, manage test cases and scripts, track defects and risks, and provide reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive automation-first approaches, continuous improvement, and fit-for-purpose technical testing assets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager delivering end-to-end testing for large-scale enterprise programmes.
• Proven experience with System Integration Testing, complex integrated systems, API testing, integration testing, test data management, and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Microsoft Visual Studio, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Tricentis NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools.
• Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, test governance, and test team leadership experience.
• Active SC Clearance and eligibility and willingness to obtain mandatory DV Clearance are required.
• DV eligibility requires continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last 10 years; nationality and immigration status checks apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Playwright, Cypress, .NET/C#, JMeter, Postman, RestAssured, SQL, or SharePoint.
• ISTQB and/or AWS certifications.
• Experience in secure government or highly regulated environments.
