Registered Nurse-Cardiac-ICU Full-Time Nights (Cardiac ICU)

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; full-time night shift.

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill cardiac ICU patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Direct and delegate care delivered by nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document care, communications, evaluations, and updates to patient care plans.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• BSN required; an ADN is accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Background check required for newly hired team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Two years of intensive care unit experience.
