Business Transformation Lead (Power Platform)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after an initial 90-day training and shadowing period.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus a 20% bonus.

What you will do

• Identify inefficient business processes and opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Build and maintain solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to reduce manual processes.
• Support, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve Power Platform applications.
• Help establish Power Platform governance and best practices while supporting process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Power Automate experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• Approximately 2 years of Azure experience and 1 year of SQL experience.
• Experience with data integration, Azure integrations, APIs, Microsoft 365 Administration, application troubleshooting, and automation solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.

Nice to have

• Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Copilot or GitHub.
