What you will do

• Integrate, reconcile, prepare, and validate talent, assessment, performance, and organizational data.
• Analyze psychometric, leadership assessment, feedback, succession, and development data to evaluate leadership capability and potential.
• Build comprehensive leadership profiles and analyze readiness, succession, development, and talent movement across senior leadership populations.
• Apply AI, statistical analysis, similarity modeling, scoring, and predictive methods to talent-related business questions.
• Design, prototype, test, and improve repeatable analytical workflows and talent intelligence solutions.
• Translate complex findings into executive narratives, visualizations, scenarios, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent analytics, people analytics, executive assessment, or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience applying AI methods to business problems.
• Knowledge of leadership assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and talent evaluation methods.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive presentations, visualizations, and recommendations.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive talent data with discretion and apply data governance, privacy, and confidentiality standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with learning management systems, skills management, training needs analysis, and HR strategic management.
