Senior Platform Product Manager

Location: Hula Building Bentonville AR Home Office, Bentonville, United States; onsite role

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategies and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product vision and execution.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, measure success, and optimize product performance.
• Lead agile product development, including backlog management, MVP delivery, and iterative improvement.
• Identify improvement opportunities through customer journey mapping and process optimization.
• Support technology design discussions and ensure alignment with product architecture and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of product management or related experience, or 7 years of related experience.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and customer-centric solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, consensus-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, backlog management, and MVP creation.
• Ability to use analytics and data-driven decision-making to guide product enhancements.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with back-end platforms, highly complex B2B/C products, quantitative analysis, Excel, SQL, or statistics.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and inclusive product design.
