Junior Systems Engineer (PNT)

Location: Onsite in Beavercreek, Ohio, United States. No relocation assistance is available.

Basic compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually for Beavercreek, Ohio.

What you will do

• Support the integration, testing, and evaluation of positioning, navigation, and timing systems, including GPS and inertial systems.
• Assist with system requirements, interfaces, test plans, configurations, and test procedures.
• Set up and execute laboratory experiments and evaluations in laboratory and field environments.
• Support hardware, software, and test infrastructure integration, including hardware- and software-in-the-loop testing.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data for system assessments and algorithm evaluations.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, and test teams and participate in technical interchange meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Communications Theory, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience.
• Foundational understanding of systems engineering principles and system integration concepts.
• Ability to work in laboratory or test environments supporting integrated systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance.

Nice to have

• Academic or project experience in system integration, testing, or evaluation.
• Exposure to PNT, laboratory environments, or test campaigns.
• Familiarity with modeling, simulation, or data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting DoD-related research or prototyping efforts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
