Client Experience Associate

Location: Kendall Place Branch, 8811B SW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33176; in-office position.

What you will do

• Deliver customer interactions that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process banking interactions and educate customers on available transaction and product options.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage with customers in the branch lobby and support proactive sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge; a high school diploma or GED may not be required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, detect and prevent fraud, and follow established risk-management procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
