What you will do

• Lead detailed design for large water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Prepare investigations, technical reports, designs, drawings, contract documents, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to process engineers across the business.
• Manage client interactions and provide regular project updates.
• Support Industry Leads with bids and proposals.
• Identify and propose emerging technologies, including digital engineering, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence, for water infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing water and wastewater systems for utilities and industrial applications.
• Pragmatic approach to developing constructable design solutions.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen in delivering water infrastructure.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, provide technical oversight, and manage client relationships.
• Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with flexible work arrangements available.
