Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst-Senior

What you will do

• Prepare monthly consolidated revenue and expense forecasts and improve forecasting models.
• Partner with stakeholders and functional leaders on budgeting, spend analytics, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Analyze profitability and identify performance drivers, risks, and operational opportunities.
• Lead P&L assessments and scenario testing for growth initiatives and flight network reconfiguration.
• Provide cost analysis and financial advisory for flight network operations, commercial pricing, and new business development.
• Present financial insights and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced project management knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Oracle Essbase, and SQL.
• Knowledge of financial management analytical tools and investment modeling.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, responsibility, and storytelling communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification.
• Experience using AI tools such as Gemini or Copilot for data synthesis, report summarization, analytical commentary, and trend-based modeling.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst role.
