Senior Finance Manager

Location: Remote; supports finance operations across Singapore and Indonesia entities.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day APAC finance function across multiple entities and currencies.
• Own the month-end close, management accounts, balance sheet integrity, and consolidated reporting within a 3–5 working day timetable.
• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, profitability reporting, and project cost control.
• Manage statutory compliance, tax filings, external agents, audits, banking relationships, cash flow, and intercompany settlements across Singapore and Indonesia.
• Manage and develop the regional finance team while partnering with Client Services and operational stakeholders.
• Strengthen controls, financial models, dashboards, reporting processes, and use of the Paprika system.

Requirements

• CPA (Philippines) required or strongly preferred; ACCA, CIMA, CGMA, or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including reporting, control, forecasting, and finance function or team leadership.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience managing people remotely across locations and time zones.
• Experience owning tax and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Complete written and verbal fluency in English is essential.

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketing, digital, media, or creative agency environment.
• Experience with project-based revenue, client billing cycles, and project profitability reporting.
• Regional finance experience and familiarity with the Paprika system.
