Group Product Manager (iGaming): Defining product strategy and leading the development of gaming, rewards, promotions, and engagement experiences with an accent on customer insights, data-driven optimisation, and gambling compliance. Focus on building product roadmaps, monitoring KPIs, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring Product Managers and Product Analysts.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid way of working

is a GameTech company powering Betano and operating across 20 markets with a portfolio covering gaming, casino, virtuals, and rewards.
What you will do
- Define the strategic vision, objectives, and roadmap for the Gaming & Rewards product domain.
- Lead the design and delivery of gaming features, promotions, reward mechanics, and customer experiences.
- Research markets, competitors, customer behaviour, and player feedback to identify opportunities and improve the product.
- Define and monitor KPIs, using performance data to drive continuous product optimisation.
- Ensure that gaming and rewards features comply with applicable gambling regulations and legal requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Analysts while aligning stakeholders across Commercial, CRM, Technology, and Compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of successful product management experience.
- Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle, agile, and lean methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Ability to lead and influence others and build strong working relationships.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English required.
