What you will do
- Lead one Scrum team as Group Product Manager and provide product vision and direction.
- Define epics and user stories, manage the backlog, and plan iterations based on business value, regulatory deadlines, and operational impact.
- Lead product release planning and set expectations for new functionality delivery.
- Identify and mitigate impediments affecting sprint and release goals while promoting Agile and Scrum practices.
- Work with product management, business stakeholders, designers, engineers, compliance, finance, and external game providers.
- Analyze regulatory and financial requirements and explore market opportunities to improve casino game discovery, engagement, and player retention.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Group Product Manager in a technological environment or with software products.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset, including practical use of AI tools and assistants for productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Solid Agile experience and the ability to define requirements addressing business and technical challenges.
- Clear and concise communication across technology and business teams.
- Understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is beneficial.
- Experience with betting and gaming is beneficial.
