Senior AI Product Manager (Igaming): Defining and driving the vision and long-term strategy for Artificial Intelligence applications within the gaming ecosystem with an accent on product lifecycle management and business value maximization. Focus on leading cross-functional teams of product owners and analysts to execute complex AI initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across 20 global markets.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid way of working

What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI products.
- Gather business and customer requirements and lead discovery, validation, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Work with AI engineering management to execute strategy and deliver high-quality AI products and solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across products and the gaming industry.
- Communicate product direction and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor and manage product owners, product managers, and analysts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2C online business.
- Proven experience launching and managing digital products from concept to launch.
- Strong people management experience leading cross-functional product teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of traditional AI and generative AI technologies.
- Experience building data-intensive and AI-enabled digital products.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Knowledge of AI and data regulations, including the AI Act and GDPR.
