What you will do

• Define and drive the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product owners and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with AI engineering management to execute strategy and build AI-empowered solutions.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs to track performance and impact.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery processes and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C digital products.
• Proven track record of managing digital products from concept to launch.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of product professionals.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across all levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of traditional AI and GenAI technologies.
• Experience building data-intensive AI-powered products.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
• Familiarity with AI and data regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the AI Act.
