Product Manager (iGaming): Owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery of rewards and communications platform products for multiple international markets with an accent on CRM integration, scalable solutions, and customer engagement. Focus on prioritizing backlogs, defining actionable user stories, leading Scrum ceremonies, and coordinating feature releases across technology and business stakeholders.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid way of working

What you will do
- Own the vision and product direction for one Scrum team.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog in line with business goals.
- Gather and prioritize requirements with CRM teams, market leads, and business stakeholders.
- Create epics and user stories and lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product releases.
- Ensure successful feature delivery by setting expectations, timelines, and priorities.
- Identify impediments, promote Agile/Scrum practices, and optimize value delivery and customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technological environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to define business requirements, identify challenges, and propose technical and operational solutions.
- Clear and concise communication across technology and business teams.
- Ability to collaborate with CRM, technology, business, and international market stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products.
- Understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture.
