Lead Data Analyst, Marketing

Location: Remote from Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Buffalo, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Manchester, NH; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; or Stamford, CT

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure and the full analytics workflow from raw data ingestion through final dashboards.
• Audit existing reporting, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and standardize dashboards across business verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to identify trends and performance opportunities.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
• Build trusted data sources and enable confident self-service analytics through education and best practices.
• Recommend actions based on insights rather than only reporting findings.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with raw, unstructured, and complex data.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end and improving data literacy and reporting adoption.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership.
