Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: Fords or Avenel, New Jersey, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $42,120–$67,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver customer experiences that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process customer interactions and educate clients about options for managing financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and position hirify.global products using technology, tools, and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while following established policies and risk controls.
• Support teller and branch operations, including proactive service-to-sales and outbound interactions.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge; no university degree is required.
• High school diploma or GED may not be required, with comparable education, certification, experience, or military service considered.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer needs, and fraud detection and prevention.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Fords or Avenel, New Jersey.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
