Export and Logistics Specialist (f/m/d) – Fixed-term contract until 31.10.2028 (SAP)

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor export and shipping activities, including documentation and timely invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade requirements, customs procedures, and preferential trade rules.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, freight forwarders, and other internal and external partners.
• Process complaints and provide updates on shipment status.
• Select shipping and packaging methods, book freight capacity, and monitor air and sea freight documentation.
• Maintain export and logistics data in SAP ERP and SAP GTS.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk.
• Initial professional experience in export, freight forwarding, or foreign trade is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP GTS, and MS Office.
• Understanding of export, customs, shipping, and foreign-trade processes.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.
