Accounts Payable (Aerospace)

Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; standard office and manufacturing environment with remote time available.

Salary: $26.01–$31.91 per hour.

Crane Aerospace & Electronics supplies critical systems and components for aerospace and defense applications, including power, sensing, and fluid solutions.

What you will do

• Collect, code, and compile data for accounts payable invoices and supplier debit memos.
• Update vendor records and banking details and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Post, code, balance, and reconcile accounting records and accounts.
• Prepare month-end accounts payable accruals and monitor AP aging.
• Research billing and payment discrepancies and support departmental continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Only US persons may be considered where access to Controlled Data or Information is required under ITAR.
• A satisfactory background check is required; FAA-sensitive positions may require participation in a random drug testing pool.

Nice to have

• Accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle.
• Associate degree.
