Location: Carlsbad, California, United States. US citizenship is required.
Salary: $21.63–$34.13 per hour. For specific locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $26.68–$40.14 per hour.

What you will do
- Track fixed assets, record depreciation and retirements, manage capitalization, and complete account reconciliations.
- Work with the Fixed Asset team and organizational contacts to maintain accurate asset records in the subledger.
- Support automated data workflows that streamline transaction processing and reduce manual data entry.
- Complete recurring accounting tasks and contribute to ad hoc Fixed Asset projects.
- Use AI-assisted tools and automated assistants to improve financial data categorization and subledger reporting.
- Evaluate current practices and help develop scalable, technology-focused accounting solutions.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, accurate data entry, and strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge of automated accounting workflows, macros, or AI productivity tools.
- Strong communication, prioritization, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills.
- US citizenship required.
Nice to have
- ERP system experience, preferably Oracle.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools or prompt engineering for spreadsheet modeling and financial reporting.
