Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM)

What you will do

• Translate service-owner and customer needs into ServiceNow requirements, agile stories, functional designs, and sustainable solutions.
• Develop, configure, test, demonstrate, and deploy functionality across Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, SAM Pro, HR, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Mobility, and Reporting.
• Build and maintain workflows, flows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripts, automations, and custom applications.
• Manage UAT, production implementation, system documentation, and operational reporting.
• Lead complex development projects and collaborate with QA, operations, security, service owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience and 8+ years in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow Flows, JavaScript, .NET, C#, WCF, MVC, jQuery, Node, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in SQL development, application integration, web application development, HTML, DHTML, and CSS; working knowledge of XML, SOAP, and REST.
• In-depth ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, CMDB integration, and CSDM knowledge, including the ability to implement CSDM strategy in ServiceNow.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Certified ServiceNow Developer certification or other ServiceNow platform certifications.
• Experience with Identity Management, Single Sign-On, Active Directory integrations, or ITIL certifications.
