Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville or $104,000–$202,000 in Sunnyvale, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Define analytics objectives and research plans with leadership and business partners.
• Manage end-to-end analytics workstreams, including financial loss assessment and business solution implementation.
• Develop and validate complex data models and algorithms that deliver measurable business value.
• Oversee prototype development and testing against business goals and technical standards.
• Provide consultative analytics insights and support cross-functional decision-making.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field with 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience managing projects end to end, including financial risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience building business intelligence solutions and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Strong communication, collaboration, accountability, and ethical decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Master's degree in business administration, information systems, or statistics.
