Annual salary: $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale; $132,000–$264,000 in Bellevue. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles across resilient, high-performance systems.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components for automation and reasoning.
• Conduct system design reviews and translate complex business problems into technical requirements.
• Mentor engineers, influence architecture and technology decisions, and promote engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
• Strong software engineering experience across coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with platform engineering, infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML integration using Python, Java, or C++.
• Ability to conduct system design reviews and apply software design patterns.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and influencing long-term technical decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of software engineering experience, or 6 years of software engineering experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related area.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
