Project Leader (Risk & Compliance)

Location: London, United Kingdom, supporting clients across the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium markets; willingness to travel according to business requirements.

What you will do

• Lead case execution and deliver risk and compliance expertise for financial institutions and adjacent sectors.
• Advise clients on risk strategy, regulatory transformation, credit risk, and other non-financial risks.
• Expand and shape the Risk & Compliance practice across the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium.
• Originate new business opportunities and build senior client relationships in the financial institutions sector.
• Develop regional and global thought leadership, intellectual property, and practice content.
• Collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders while mentoring and developing consultants and associates.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of consulting and/or industry experience with a strong track record in risk and compliance.
• Extensive financial services experience, including banking, asset management, or insurance.
• Proven experience advising senior stakeholders on regulatory, compliance, and risk transformations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong fluency in applying AI tools to project delivery.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are advantageous.
