Quality Assurance Analyst Senior - Automation (C# and .NET)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in Cincinnati, Ohio or Alpharetta, Georgia, United States

What you will do

• Own testing activities for assigned projects in an Agile development environment.
• Refine backlog items with Product Owners and Developers by defining clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish automation strategies and develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks.
• Build and maintain test frameworks using NUnit, C#, Selenium WebDriver, and SQL for REST API testing.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, pair programming, peer reviews, and product design discussions.
• Organize test script libraries and provide guidance on test approaches.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with API and UI automation testing frameworks.
• At least 3 years of experience with C# and .NET, including LINQ, generics, and .NET 6.
• At least 3 years of experience writing complex T-SQL queries.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum, QA practices, Postman, Azure DevOps, Git, APIs, services, deployments, and .NET architecture.

Nice to have

• Azure Pipelines and ORM experience with Dapper or Entity Framework.
• SpecFlow automation, load testing with JMeter, NeoLoad, or LoadRunner, and behavior-driven acceptance criteria.
• Payments industry domain knowledge.
