QA Testing Analyst: III (Senior)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. Workplace type: Office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Plan, design, document, and execute manual, automated, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Review business requirements, architectural designs, and technical specifications to ensure testability.
• Create and maintain test data, validation scripts, test cases, regression coverage, and test strategies.
• Analyze, prioritize, assign severity to, and manage defects with business analysts and development teams.
• Prepare test status, test results, and summary deliverables; coordinate sign-off and production readiness.
• Support UAT, off-hour production releases, warranty periods, and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of related experience with an additional 2+ years of qualifying IT experience in analytics, troubleshooting, or customer service.
• Experience with common testing methods, terminology, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as ALM and advanced software tools for processing or displaying data.
• Knowledge of data structures, data management, corporate security rules, and regulatory standards such as PCI or SOX.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
