MBA Product Strategy & Business Operations Intern (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; onsite at least 3 days per week

Salary: $48–$57 per hour in Mountain View

What you will do

• Partner with BizOps leads and product VPs across multiple SMB and Business Platform pods.
• Deliver a defined product strategy project such as market sizing, build-versus-buy analysis, roadmap prioritization, or competitive assessment.
• Translate customer and market signals into product roadmap trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Build executive-ready strategy memos and business review materials.
• Present findings and recommendations to VP-level stakeholders at the end of the rotation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with graduation after the internship end date.
• At least 2 years of prior work experience before business school.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions, form hypotheses, and develop data-backed recommendations.
• Ability to self-direct across multiple stakeholders with limited day-to-day oversight.
• Ability to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week in Mountain View, California.

• Small Business B2B, SaaS, or fintech experience.
