Product Strategy Senior Advisor

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: CAD $68.00–$75.00 per hour; 12-month maternity contract

What you will do

• Develop and refine product strategies, portfolio roadmaps, objectives, value propositions, business requirements, and success measures.
• Evaluate product opportunities and prepare investment, enhancement, partnership, commercialization, or retirement recommendations.
• Lead market scans, competitive analyses, and client insight reviews to identify needs, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain sales sheets, presentations, product overviews, launch materials, and other client-facing marketing collateral.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from opportunity definition and business case development through stakeholder alignment and outcome realization.
• Coordinate subject-matter experts, vendors, and internal partners across Product, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, strategy consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, value propositions, and executive recommendations.
• Experience creating product marketing collateral and translating complex solutions into clear client-facing messaging.
• Strong market research, analytical, problem-solving, strategic communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Nice to have

• MBA, product management certification, or relevant training.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, group health insurance, healthcare technology, or adjudication systems.
