Senior New Verticals Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada; on-site 4–5 days per week

Salary: CAD 200,000–250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities through feasibility analysis, market research, and competitive assessment.
• Develop and own go-to-market strategies covering segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, marketing, sales, and senior leadership.
• Create project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to improve products and strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations and own outcomes for new product and market expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
• Experience working in high-growth technology startups or established technology companies.
• Proven success launching new products or entering new markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Autonomous, execution-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work in person at the Toronto office 4–5 days per week.
