Senior Communications Project Manager – Collateral (Banking)

Location: Hybrid, based at the London or Milton Keynes office; colleagues are expected to attend the office at least 12 days per month. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £75,600–£113,400 per annum, depending on experience. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end communications planning for customer collateral changes connected to the migration of TSB customers to hirify.global UK.
• Coordinate the conversion of collateral to hirify.global UK branding and standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, governance, progress tracking, escalations and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Communications, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations.
• Ensure collateral meets regulatory, brand and customer experience requirements.
• Support CMRB planning and wider harmonisation and migration activities in collaboration with programme governance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex communications or change programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting product changes, customer communications or business transformation initiatives.
• Project management experience and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Nice to have

• Prince2 Practitioner or an external PMO certification.
• Experience with stakeholder management, risk management, governance and change management processes.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products, services and related issues.
