AI Workflow Designer

Location: Singapore; hybrid, with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you will do

• Define and govern enterprise-wide standards, design principles, and best practices for AI-enabled workflows.
• Design and implement scalable multi-agent workflow ecosystems supporting autonomous decision-making, orchestration, and coordination.
• Develop reusable workflow playbooks, frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Drive modular design, asset reuse, and platform-based development across the AI Center of Excellence and enterprise.
• Advance agentic AI, intelligent automation, and adaptive workflow capabilities.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Typically 10–15 years of experience, including strong high-tech supply chain and supply chain process-mapping experience.
• Experience executing transformation projects and designing AI-first processes or solutions.
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, statistical modeling, and emerging AI technologies such as frontier models, co-workers, and agents.
• Experience implementing and deploying AI projects, driving process change, preparing and cleaning data, performing feature extraction and dimensionality reduction, handling missing values, and addressing data quality issues.
• Proficiency in data visualization and communicating AI and machine learning insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with end-to-end model lifecycle management.
• Experience leading AI research initiatives, publishing research papers, or contributing to open-source AI projects.
• Experience guiding and mentoring engineers, communicating product architectures and design proposals, negotiating options with senior management, and collaborating effectively across functions.
