Staff Technical Program Manager (AI)

Salary: $155,000–$267,000 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, governance framework, and roadmap for IT SOX Change Management controls across the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate CI/CD pipelines, release processes, production deployments, code reviews, approvals, segregation of duties, and emergency changes.
• Partner with Platform, Data, Security, Privacy, Finance, Internal Audit, and Governance teams to embed preventive and detective engineering controls.
• Build monitoring, dashboards, risk indicators, and automated evidence collection for release compliance, deployment risk, control effectiveness, and audit readiness.
• Lead control assessments, audit walkthroughs, remediation programs, and continuous assurance initiatives.
• Use AI, analytics, deployment telemetry, and automation to identify anomalous changes, control exceptions, and emerging technology risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Program Management, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional technical programs.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-native software development, enterprise-scale software delivery, SOX, ITGC, Change Management, Security, Privacy, or Technology Risk programs.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, SRE, production operations, observability, analytics, and automation.
• Experience designing AI-enabled compliance solutions, continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of COBIT, COSO, NIST, ISO 27001, SoD, access management, and change management controls.
• CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIA, PMP, or cloud platform certifications.
