Datacenter Administrator (VMware/Hyper-V)

What you will do

• Administer physical and virtual datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network integration.
• Manage virtualization environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Maintain Microsoft Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Support clusters, high-availability systems, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement infrastructure projects and follow up on technical delivery and ownership.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across systems and networks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration and datacenter infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Portuguese are required.
